禮拜五嘅練習

Hi, this evening I decided to try and write about my day in the small amount of Cantonese that I have learned so far. I’m sure it is full of errors. If you would be willing to correct my work, I would be very grateful. I have added the English translation below:

今日五點半,我起身搭火車去返工.我無時間食早餐, 但係我去係我嘅最鐘意嘅咖啡屋買咗一杯咖啡. 四点一刻,我同我嘅同事去咗係酒樓食鴨漢堡包.鴨漢堡包好味食. 然後, 我答火車返屋企. 我男朋友送我短訊收集比薩. 我哋睇住電視食咗緊比薩.

I got up today at 5:30 and took the train to go to work. I had no time for breakfast, but I went to my favourite cafe to buy a cup of coffee. At four thirty, I went with my colleague to a restaurant and ate duck bao (little hamburgers). The duck hamburgers were delicious. Afterwards, I took the train back home. My boyfriend sent me an SMS to go and collect the pizza (that he had ordered). We ate pizza while watching TV.
